What the SlotVIP library covers

SlotVIP is a slots research publication written for adults in the Philippines. The library currently holds twenty individual game reviews from four studios: five from JILI, five from PG SOFT, six from Pragmatic Play and four from Hacksaw Gaming. A fifth studio, Play'n GO, has a directory profile while its title-level research is still to come.

Fifteen of the twenty reviews carry an RTP figure taken from the studio's own documentation. The other five are JILI titles whose official product pages did not publish one when we checked, so their RTP field says so instead of borrowing a number from an unrelated list. Why the RTP you see can differ from the one you play

Return to player is a theoretical long-run figure, and some studios release the same game at more than one setting. All four Hacksaw Gaming titles in our library publish four variants each. For Wanted Dead or a Wild, the published range runs from 96.38% down to 88.42%, a gap of 7.96 percentage points.

To put that gap in pesos: across a hypothetical ₱10,000 of total stakes, the model returns ₱9,638 at the top setting and ₱8,842 at the lowest, a difference of ₱796 in theoretical return. Turnover is the total of every stake placed, not the amount deposited, and one session can land far above or below either figure.

The lowest published variant in the whole library is 88.02% for R.I.P. City. The highest headline figure is 96.95% for Mahjong Ways 2. Neither number says what a player will get back in a single visit. Playing legally in the Philippines

Legal online gambling in the Philippines runs through operators regulated by PAGCOR, the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation. PAGCOR publishes its lists of authorised operators and registered sites on pagcor.ph. The minimum age for PAGCOR-regulated gaming is 21, and PAGCOR's responsible-gaming rules also restrict other groups of people.

GCash, Maya and the August 2025 BSP order

On 14 August 2025 the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas issued Memorandum No. M-2025-029. It told every BSP-supervised institution, including e-wallets and banks, to remove in-app links that send account holders to gambling sites. GCash suspended gaming access in its GLife section and Maya disabled its Games feature from the evening of 16 August 2025. The BSP described the suspension as remaining in place until it finalises a policy on online gambling payment services.

In practice this means an e-wallet app is no longer a shortcut into a casino. Treat any message, advert or "agent" that says otherwise with caution.
