Read the live cashier first
Check currency, eligible account, minimum and maximum amount, fee, reference requirements and current route availability. A historical announcement does not establish that the same method is available today.
Do not use a payment account registered to someone else or change identity details to match an offer. Operator rules can restrict claims and withdrawals when account and payment names differ.
How Philippine bank transfers work
Transfers between Philippine banks and e-money issuers generally run over two automated clearing houses under the BSP's National Retail Payment System: InstaPay for real-time, lower-value transfers and PESONet for batch transfers that settle within banking cycles. Each bank sets its own fees, cut-off times and limits, so check your bank's published schedule rather than any general figure.
The BSP order of 14 August 2025, Memorandum No. M-2025-029, also applies to banks' payment apps and websites. They were told to remove in-app links that redirect account holders to gambling sites. A banking app is therefore a payment tool, not a doorway to an operator.
Checks before you send money to an operator
Take destination details only from the cashier inside your verified operator account. Account numbers passed along in a chat, a social media group or a direct message can be altered, and a transfer to the wrong account is hard to recover.
- Confirm the recipient account name belongs to the operator, not to an individual.
- Enter the exact reference the cashier asks for, so the payment can be matched.
- Check whether the operator charges its own fee on top of your bank's fee.
- Confirm the withdrawal route in advance: deposit support does not guarantee the same route for withdrawals.
- Keep the confirmation receipt private until the transaction is complete.
Name matching and withdrawals
Operators commonly require that the bank account used for withdrawals is in the registered player's own name. Identity checks can be requested before a first withdrawal. Complete them through the operator's verified site, and never send identity documents to SlotVIP or to a third party offering help.
We have not tested a bank deposit or withdrawal with any operator, and we do not publish processing times. If a transfer is late, confirm it has left your bank, then raise it with the operator using the reference.
Keep evidence without exposing credentials
Save the transaction reference and the relevant instructions privately. If a payment is delayed, check its actual status before repeating it. Use the operator’s verified support channel for account matters.
Do not send passwords, OTPs, full card numbers or identity documents to SlotVIP. Our contact form is for editorial issues and cannot locate or reverse an operator transaction.
What remains untested
We have not conducted a deposit, identity check or withdrawal using this method. Current fees, speed, limits and account availability are not independently verified. These fields should be checked before relying on a promotional payment claim.
Frequently asked questions
Is InstaPay or PESONet faster for a casino deposit?
InstaPay is designed for real-time transfers and PESONet for batch settlement, but the operator's own crediting process also matters. We have not tested either route with an operator and do not publish processing times.
Can I use a friend's bank account?
Avoid it. Operators commonly require payment and withdrawal accounts in the registered player's name, and third-party payments can lead to rejected withdrawals under the operator's terms.
Did the BSP order affect banks too?
Yes. Memorandum M-2025-029 covered all BSP-supervised institutions, including banks' payment apps and websites. It required removal of in-app links that redirect account holders to gambling sites.
