Random does not mean equally likely
A simple six-sided die has familiar equal outcomes when it is fair. A slot is a different system: symbols and combinations can have different probabilities under the game model. Seeing ten symbol designs does not imply a one-in-ten chance of each prize.
The visual reel strip is a presentation of that model. Without the actual rules and suitable mathematical documentation, counting icons in a promotional image cannot reveal the probability of a particular result.
Why previous spins do not create a timetable
